I recently sent my Monsoon radio to you to repair dim/no display. I received the radio back today, had it reinstalled today and am totally pleased! Thank you very much, you did an outstanding job! I was without the display on  my radio for over 4 weeks. I brought it to someone to repair it and he did a terrible job. Your technician said he put in the wrong bulbs and did a very poor job. You fixed the problem perfectly!

Hi folks,  I just want to compliment you on a job "well done" fixing my 1990 Pontiac Transport radio/CD unit.  Even though the problem was difficult to find and fix, you persisted and got it done.  And to think I was concerned about initially sending my radio because I had found you on the Web.

I also really appreciate the help on getting my radio here before I left for an extended car trip.  And of course, I would be remise if I didn't complement you on your phone service.  I was able to call and actually talk to real people.  You were always helpful and courteous.  My only regret is that more companies don't provide the service you have given me.  Thanks much.  Your very happy customer.

I just wanted to thank you for repairing my radio, friends told me to buy a aftermarket radio and put in my car but, with the radio controls in the steering wheel of my Pontiac that just did not make sense.  My radio works GREAT!!  I was not able to listen to a CD in my car for over 5 years until now!
