Lexus

Dear Bob, I am writing to tell you how pleased I am that you were able to
repair the original factory radio for my 1993 Lexus 300SC. The Lexus dealer
in Clearwater quoted me over $1000 and recommended instead that I take it to
a nearby after-market place. There I was quoted from $250 to $400 for the
least expensive radio, which would entail making a faceplate so my dash
would not have the same look. With you, for $150 I got my radio working
again and the dash exactly as it was originally. Also, your entire staff
was friendly and courteous, all did a terrific job.
Please thank them all for me. Sincerely, Dr.Robert W. St.

Lexus

Bob,

Just wanted to the thank you again for taking care of my speaker issue on my SC400…after talking with the guys at Circuit City, it was looking pretty grim…they said I needed to replace the whole system or go back to Lexus for OEM speakers, but that was not the case.  Thanks again for the installation and replacement…the system sounds awesome and at a fraction of the cost.  I’m just glad I lived near by.  You can tell you love what you do…it shows in the quality of your service.

Hope all the pictures turn out…I’ll check the website and give you my feedback after I have a chance to review the new install instructions.  Thank again and if there is anything I can ever do for you, please let me know.  I’ll be sure to send more business your way

Take care.

Anthony

I thought that I'd let you know that I was so happy about my Lexus stereo being repaired that I wrote about it in the June 28 entry on my weblog: .......
Thanks again for the great job that you did.

Lexus

Sirs:
About four months ago, I sent you the radio from my 1999 Lexus GS300 for repair of the display panel.
I wanted to send you this note to tell you that I am much pleased with the service, turnaround time, and quality of the repair.
Many have complemented me on the appearance and agreed that the value vs an after market installation.

My only regret is that I did not trust myself and your instructions on radio removal.  I paid someone to remove the radio for me.  When I examined the bracket and the uninstalled radio, I was embarrassed.  I re-installed it myself.  It was quite simple.

Thank you again.  I would recommend you to anyone.

Your service was fantastic. The directions for getting the radio out of my Lexus couldn't have been better. The repair of my radio was both timely and reasonable. I will certainly tell others of your services.

Sincerely,

Lexus.

Thank you so much Bob .You suggested to check the radio fuse on the kick panel panel brought my radio back to life.
I have a question....On my 1993 Lexus SC 400-Nachamichi stereo system.the volume control is scratchy. I sprayed it but that didn't help. Do I need to send the assembly to you or should i order a new one from Lexus? I had the radio out to fix some wires ,I drilled into and after I oput the radio back in I noticed the heater knob( which is in the same assembly as the radio knob) wouldn't turn the heat on.
On the dash it shows the temperature going from hot to cold with degree readings when i turn the knob, but no heat...only air conditioning.
I wondered if you ever had that problem after installing the radio?
Thanks again for promt service .

Lexus

Bob,

I just wanted to thank you for the expert repairs you made on my Lexus Nakamichi amplifier. It sounds great and at a fraction of the cost of a new amplifier. You've made me a believer!  Thanks again and have a great year.

Sincerely,

Frank

96 LEXUS 430

You guys are the best!
After sending me back my amp, testing proved it to be functioning fine,(at no cost!!!) you honestly advised me that my head was probably the problem.
I found a pioneer head at a salvage lot, and with the help of your fabulous instructions, was able to replace it and everything is now perfect!
Thanks again for your help, and best wishes from a very satisfied customer, and a lifelong advertisement for your services!
