I had a Bose speaker amp rebuilt for my '92 Cadillac Eldorado's Gold series audio system.
The turn around was super fast ! One day to rebuild the amp. All the capacitors were replaced with new and I happened to receive my own amp back versus an available rebuilt one from the shelf.

UPS took longer to deliver but that is a point for contrast, not a complaint.

After installing the amp, it tested fine !
Stereo radio back in order.

This is a worthwhile outfit.

Gentlemen,

I have purposely waited a couple of months since you repaired the Bose amps for my 1990 Allante so I could get some playing time on the system to make a better evaluation.  Well, the system sounds great and I have purposely made it work hard to see if the amps would hold up to the test and they passed with flying colors. 

The whole business process that I experienced with your firm was very professional.  The previous owner had replaced the original speakers with aftermarket 4 ohm units and rewired around the amps.  Obviously there was not much sound coming from these speakers.  I happened to source 4 Bose replacement speakers and remounted them but I was uncertain of the wire polarity.  Your technician repaired the amps , filled the after- market speaker mounting holes and completed the speaker wiring.  His work was everything that you advertised and more. 

I will be sending the CD player next for servicing.

I inquired previously about a problem to my Bose radio installed in my 1999
Cadillac Seville. I just want to thank you for your help. The disconnect of
the battery seems to have worked. If I ever become in need of additional
repairs or know of someone who is, you'll be the first one that I contact

Good morning ,

Just a short note to let you know the tuner for my 1993 cadillac allante
which you recently rebuilt works perfectly. i am delighted with the great
job fcsr has done.

for the information center on your website the tuner in my car was located
in the right side of the trunk compartment, not behind the glove box. this
location is exactly as described in my allante shop manual(referred to as
the "remote receiver chassis"). i have attached a picture of the mounted tuner.

A few months ago, the CD player in my 1993 Cadillac Alllante ate one of my favorite CD's and would not give it back.

I contacted a friend in the local Chicago Allante club, and he recommended carstereohelp.com to fix my problem.

Since I was headed to Florida anyway, I decided to take my car to the carstereohelp factory - rather that trying to extricate the CD player and send it.  This is one of the best car repair decisions I have ever made.

I met Bob (the owner) - and he immediately began working on my Allante.  My job was made more difficult because my CD unit - and the other attached controls - had never been removed from the car.  There are a couple nasty bolts under the unit that make the removal process VERY difficult.

Two hours later, I drove away with a newly installed CD player for only $190.  I did not get charged for the labor (just like the website said).  I could not be happier with the results.

radio Tues. 1/7/03. I got it reinstalled and it works fine. Thank you again
and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I hear about needing a stereo
repaired.
