Removal

Dear FCSR,

I had a dead Bose stereo, following a dead battery in my Miata. I
spent a few weeks on the net looking and trying various fixes, when I
came upon your website.

I followed your advise of disconnecting the positive battery terminal
for 5 minutes and reattaching it. It worked! My stereo came back to
life and I am very happy.

It is rare that you find a service that says "we'll be happy to fix
your stereo, but before you send it in, try this".
