Hey there-
 
Just got my head unit and Bose amp back from you today.. Thanks so much for
doing a great job! After dealing with intermittent sound for 3 years then NO
sound for about 6 months, I finally searched Google for repair options and
found you guys. Your removal instructions were top notch and made the removal a
snap! Even though I sent both my head unit and amp, you tested the head unit
and determined it didn't need repair, just my amp. That's honesty for ya... You
could've simply charged me for repair anyway and I would have never known the
difference.
 
Anyway, I'm sure you guys already know it, but you kick butt. :)
