The comment about removing a battery cable connection for a few minutes saved me $850 quoted by Lexus for a replacement unit for my 2002 ES300 AM/FM multi-disc CD player----it worked!!! My CD player was displaying the ERR sign, but now it is accepting discs and doing my random selections. Thanks
