Removal Instructions

Thank you Bob!  (Here is a letter of recommendation - please feel free to use it if you wish)

Great Service, and products too!

I recently made the mistake of not following instructions when loading my 2005 Lexus RX330 in-dash CD changer (Pioneer).  I am "handy", but there is not one screw or bolt visible that provided even a hint about how to remove the dash unit.  Google led me to Car Stereo Removal.  For $5.99, I purchased Bob's excellent instructions and photos, and in less than 5 minutes, I had the stereo out.  I removed 9 screws holding down the lid of the radio/changer unit, removed the improperly installed CD (which was sitting on top of the 6 slot cassette rather than inside of it), and everything is perfect again.  It appears that spending $6 at CSR saved me about $900 at the Lexus dealer, where I was informed they do not even attempt to repair the CD units.

The icing on the cake is that initially, when I accidentally ordered the wrong removal instructions on the website, Bob instantly refunded my money.  I have already recommended CSR on-line to others with my problem - excellent products and great service too.  A rarity in today's world!
