Mercedes

Dear Sir,

 

My wife brought in a Mercedes Alpine radio earlier this week.  We had been told by Mercedes Benz of Orlando that the radio was damaged beyond repair and it needed to be replaced with a brand new one at 1200.-$ 

 

It took you guys 5 minutes to figure out the problem and my wife was on her way again.  The radio system is in great condition and my wife was just so happy with the kindness and professionalism that you guys showed her.  You did not even charge for looking at the radio.

 

I´m very thankfull for all of your help.  You saved us 1200.-$ by just looking at the part.   My lesson has been learned.  You guys are just tremendous.  Thanks very, very much.
