Bob,  I just wanted to let you know that the service you and Factory Car Stereo Repair provided to me was above and beyond what was expected.  Even though the repair of my amp was not possible due to the seriousness of the problem, the service you provided me was great.  You spent considerable and effort to assist me and then went as far as to give me a complete refund.  I thought that in today's world, customer service of this caliber was gone.  I'm glad you proved me wrong.  Take care and best of luck to you and your company.
