Just wanted to drop Bob (sorry I do not know your last name) a quick
thank you for repairing my Corvette Bose Radio. If you remember, it
was a radio that had both a radio and tape deck problem. I appreciate
your thoughtfulness of charging me only the shipping cost; due to
what you perceived as a long turn-around-time. Sincere actions such
as these are few and far between these days. In the future, I will
continue to forward my audio repairs to you, and likewise inform all
associates, friends, and family to your service center.
