Nissan

Hello FCSR,

Just wanted you all to know that I dropped of a Bose CD player
off on Tuesday and it was fixed Friday evening. I want you all to
know the Tech said to come in Saturday and he would install it back
in the Pathfinder since I had a trip planned for later Saturday and
was hoping to have a CD player along for the trip.

I appreciate the service beyond normal business hours, your professional attitude and product knowledge. I also appreciate
the engineer who worked late on Friday since the repair parts
did not arrive till Friday afternoon. I will highly recommend
your company for service since my experience with FCSR has been
outstanding. Thanks again for exceeding service expectations.
