Thanks for your reply, Bob.  And speaking of replies, a representative from Bose finally returned my call today.  When I explained my problem, she gave me your number as the best place to send Bose car stereos for repairs, stating, "His name is Bob.  He's very good, and we highly recommend him."  Actually, I had already shipped my stereo to you last night, but her words were reassuring.  It should arrive around the end of this week.
