I am very glad that I sent my stereo to Factory Car Stereo Repair instead of going through Infiniti/Nissan. They don't seem to understand the problem but you do. Your expertise and honest rates are commendable. I was also very happy with a turnaround of less than two weeks from Canada to Florida and back.
Thank you also for the direct input adapter for iPod/iPhone. It works just as expected and now I can forget about poor quality cassette adapters. I am very pleased with the results.
I also want to give a special mention to Joyce, whom I spoke with on the phone, for her kind helpfulness.

One day to rebuild the amp. All the capacitors were replaced with new and I happened to receive my own amp back versus an available rebuilt one from the shelf.<br />

<strong><span style="color: black; font-size: medium;">I would like to thank Factory Car Stereo Repair, Inc. for excellent service that they provided for my 2003 G35 Infiniti. In January of 2012 the CD player would not work. I took the car to FCSR and they not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it in a very short period of time. I watched them disassemble the dash in my car, remove the entire radio, and expertly reassemble it. I was not aware that there was so much to do to remove the radio/CD. They obviously were experts and had a great deal of experience. </span></strong></div>

<strong><span style="color: black; font-size: medium;">In October of this year the CD player again did not work. I stopped by, without an appointment, and they not only looked at it but again removed the entire system and checked it out. It apparently did not have any major problem and they explained to me several options that could have occurred that caused it. All that had to be done was to reset the CD mechanism. It was explained to me that this was a common problem in this automobile. </span></strong></div>

I have purposely waited a couple of months since you repaired the Bose amps for my 1990 Allante so I could get some playing time on the system to make a better evaluation. Well, the system sounds great and I have purposely made it work hard to see if the amps would hold up to the test and they passed with flying colors. </div>

The whole business process that I experienced with your firm was very professional. The previous owner had replaced the original speakers with aftermarket 4 ohm units and rewired around the amps. Obviously there was not much sound coming from these speakers. I happened to source 4 Bose replacement speakers and remounted them but I was uncertain of the wire polarity. Your technician repaired the amps , filled the after- market speaker mounting holes and completed the speaker wiring. His work was everything that you advertised and more. </div>

Thanks for the video. I just bought a 2004 X-Type Estate and there was a problem with the touch screen, it would only respond to touch in the centre. Your video was a great help in removing the unit and then I just took it apart and put it back together again and everything worked fine.</div>

Thanks so much for your fast and compitent service. The unit was packed very well and had no damage from shipping. The directions for pulling the unit out of the car were good, but the plastic clips on the lid broke. Guess they were aged and brittle. Ordered a new lid and got it back together fine. Thanks again for the great service. Hope I won't need your services again, but if something goes wrong with one of our radios we will certainly want to use your services again.
